BOUNTY BARS (with only 3 ingredients)

I've made this recipe a few times & I LOVE IT!

Its a great little sweet snack that you can make yourself 😁

Ingredients:

1 cup condensed milk
2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
200 g melted dark chocolate

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the condenced milk and desiccated coconut. Mix this well with a spatula and leave in the fridge to set for at least an hour or two.

When the mixture is ready, using your hands shape some logs and roll into the melted dark chocolate. Place each piece on a baking paper and let cool in the fridge.

*tip - if you want to be precise with the size of the bars, weigh out 40 g for each bounty bar and shape into a log. This way you can get even looking pieces 😁😁

There is not much better than some homemade bread with some homemade strawberry jam.
I've really enjoyed preparing homemade jam, ive made apricot and strawberry so far. So good 👌
